Please ensure you bring either a mask or face covering or a level 3 mask will be provided
Returning patients will notice our office has been renovated to help us maintain a high level of cleanliness (new vinyl flooring to replace carpet, non porous countertops that are easier to disinfect)
When you arrive for your appointment, please wait in your car and call our office to see if we are ready for you. Our office is small so in order to accommodate social distancing we ask that you wait outside
We perform a thorough disinfection of all operatory surfaces between patients and wait an appropriate settle time
All operatories have new commercial grade air purifiers with HEPA filters that run 24/7
All operatories are now fitted with glass doors to provide a fully enclosed treatment area
When we are ready we will call you to come inside, a second COVID-19 screening will be required prior to entry at this time
All staff, patients and visitors are required to wear masks and eye protection at ALL times while inside the clinic
Please put on your face mask and leave on except for when dental treatment is being completed
Please use the Alcohol Based Hand Sanitizer as you enter the office; multiple stations available throughout the office
At the reception desk, your forehead or wrist temperature will be taken by a team member
We cannot have additional family members coming with the patient unless the patient requires a translator or is a child
You will be escorted to go directly to your treatment room
All team members are screened daily for symptoms of COVID-19
Full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is donned by all clinical staff during dental procedures; these include head cover, N95 or equivalent mask, face shield, eye protection, isolation gowns, nitrile gloves
All team members adhere to strict hand washing / sanitizing policy
Social distancing between team members maintained whenever possible; flooring marked in reception area to ensure proper separation
All patients required to do a hydrogen peroxide rinse prior to dental treatment to minimize potential virus spread
Aerosol generating procedures performed only when absolutely necessary
After your Appointment:
Following the treatment you will be asked to replace your face covering or mask prior to exiting the operatory
At the front desk please stand in front of plexiglass; your paperwork will be completed and next appointment scheduled
As you exit our office, you will be asked to once again use the Alcohol Based Hand Sanitizer
